Nourishing masks are part of complete facial skincare. They are prepared immediately before use and consist of one or a mixture of several substances, often with the addition of essential oils. Masks are especially effective after the massage, steaming or exfoliation of the skin.

Strawberry mask

Turn 2-3 ripe berries into a gruel and apply to prepared skin of the face and neck. After 15 minutes, wash your face with warm water.

Yeast mask

The yeast mask is prepared as follows: dilute 2 teaspoons of baker's yeast with sour milk until thick sour cream. Most useful for those with oily skin.

Apple mask

Grate one apple on a fine grater, squeeze the juice. Add a tablespoon of olive oil or sour cream (for dry skin), a raw egg for oily skin.

Carrot mask

Grate raw carrots on a fine grater, add a tablespoon of olive or peach oil, egg white and a little oatmeal. Mix and apply on face.

Tomato and cucumber mask

 Made from tomatoes and/or cucumbers. To do this, cut fresh vegetables into thin slices and place them on the skin. Cover face with gauze and lie down for 20 minutes.

To prepare the mask, it is important to take good cucumbers and tomatoes, preferably homemade, from a summer cottage or farm. Vegetables that are sold in stores in winter contain nothing useful.

Potato face mask

The raw potato mask is prepared without adding any other ingredients. You need to take one tuber, grate on a fine grater and squeeze the juice. Apply to face and hold for at least 30 minutes.
